Our client produces acoustic solutions, lighting and furniture for other companies.

Your responsibilities:

You are responsible for the daytoday management of the accounting for these 2 entities, such as:
Booking of purchase invoices;
Recording of financial transactions;
Booking of various items and provisions;
Intercompany reconciliations;
Follow up of debtor and creditor ageing's.
You assist in the preparing of the monthly VAT and Intrastat filings;
You assist in the monthly and annual closings;
You participate in preparing the annual and monthly financial statements and periodic reports.

The requested qualifications for this job include:

You hold a Bachelor Degree in Finance & Accounting with at least 1 year of relevant experience;
You are a team player with excellent planning and organizational skills who has the ability to meet strict deadlines;
You know all the tips and tricks of Excel;
You have basic knowledge of VAT returns and formalities;
You have experience with ERP, knowledge of Navision is a plus;
You are very accurate and meticulous in administration;
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
