PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Implement and manage all databases related work for relevant Product Introduction (PI) projects with respect to product failures and material management.
Support PI team for process deployment and competencies development

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Key accountabilities:

Interface with other functions (external to PI) with respect to IT Tools to ensure necessary data supply
Support PI project operations to achieve best data completeness and quality
Ensure the implementation of appropriate IT tools for PI project operations and adequate competency development
Ensure competencies assessment and enhancement with respect to IT tools for PI operations
Support Key-Users to maintain and improve PI tools
Ensure PI standard process deployment and adherence internal & external assessment during project execution

Performance measurements:

Readiness of PI Data Management System at warranty start
Quality and availability of train failure data's (in Data Management System)
Quality and availability of data for material management
Availability of KPI's dashboard for PI organization
Compliance with PI Implementation processes
Availability of competencies assessment dashboard

MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

Graduated from engineering school or equivalent

Desirable:

Master's degree in Engineering
English

Experience

Mandatory:

Several years of technical experience, either mechanical or electrical / electronic engineering
Railway safety & RAM
Product knowledge
Data analytics
IT Tools architecture

Desirable:

General Railway knowledge
Field Experience
Problem Solving skills
