    Job Description

    As a member of the Sales Organisation – Central Sales (SOE), you will be responsible for:

    CUSTOMER INTERFACE

  • Keeping up with business status and incoming tasks, handle customer requests, align with internal organisation stakeholders when necessary and provide coordinated feedback to Toyota.
  • Liaise with customer representatives mostly from Purchasing or R&D organizations, having a specific focus on Japanese counterparts.
  • Manage customer requirements (CRS) and portal administration.
  • Prepare and give presentations to customer on performance, projects, customer expectations.
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Managing customer relationship activities: Preparing, coordinating and attending diverse internal meetings, even abroad.Preparing, coordinating and attending customer visits and customer events within the region.
  • SALES TEAM INTERNAL COORDINATION and Sales Excellence

  • Coordinating activities with division customer sales teams (GCT, RCT) and local Sales Controlling (SCC) organisation to manage customer interface
  • Liaise internally with SOE members from other EO organisations in Japan and various regions
  • Collecting reporting data and drawing up a first analysis, which will be presented to the internal sales management. This can be done liaising with the account team in Japan.
  • Implement sales excellence topics in region
  • Support in competitive analysis, AMP, quality topics, logistics topics, training with the necessary customer information / perspective
  • RISK MANAGEMENT / CONTRACTING SUPPORT

  • Coordination of 'Supply-chain risk management' (natural disaster, fire, bankruptcy sub-supplier, etc.) and 'Substance of Concern' (SOC) related topics.
  • Contracts: Contribute to contracts and general terms and conditions negotiations. Create quotation templates based on agreements during negotiations as well as include any policies and directives when needed. Complete Sales Business Frames as needed and ensure compliance with dual signature policy
  • Qualifications

    As a young graduate, you have obtained a degree in Commercial Science, Languages or Applied Science. A previous working experience in automotive environment is required. Previous experience of customer Toyota or Japanese customers is an advantage.

    You are fluent in English and Japanese. French, Dutch or German is an advantage.

    You have good skills of Windows Office programmes and excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

    You are communicative, assertive, you have an analytical mind and a logical way of working.

    You show strong synthesis skills and a proven taste for cooperation.

    You are able to work independently, but equally capable of flexible teamwork.

    You are stress resistant and used to dealing with deadlines.

    You like to work in an international environment.
