Overview (Scope Of Role)


This position will be located virtually within the Eastern Standard or Central Standard Time Zone and report to the Global Talent Acquisition Lead.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full cycle recruiting from intake to offer.
  • Work closely with HR, hiring managers, and leaders to source, pipeline and recruit top talent in locations across North America.
  • Attend career fairs and other professional recruitment events to build the Trinseo brand and pipeline top talent.
  • Create, develop, and maintain TA best practices. This will include being held accountable to certain TA metrics and standards along with process improvement initiatives.
  • Continuously identify process improvement opportunities and efficiencies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Human Resources or equivalent
  • CIPD, SHRM or other equivalent membership
  • 35 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • 12 years of inhouse or agency recruitment experience
  • Ability to speak 2 or more European languages
  • German, Italian, French or Dutch
  • Proficient English speaker.
  • Recruitment in chemical manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Experience in working with a thirdparty recruitment partner
  • Proven experience of largescale recruitment campaigns and owning the endtoend processes
  • Ability to work across multiple geographies and/or business sectors, such as IT, Finance, Manufacturing and HR.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in using Job Platforms such as LinkedIn, iCIMS and Workday are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
  • Excellent working knowledge of recruitment procedures, policies & systems.
  • Experience implementing a global ATS or CRM is highly desirable.
