We are looking for an Administrative and Events Assistant (M/F/x) for one of our international clients in Brussels.

As an Administrative and Events Assistant (M/F/x), you will have the following tasks:

  • Support in handling incoming invoices and payments to providers.
  • Maintain accurate records in the membership and contacts database.
  • Support in providing information to potential members and to new members.
  • Support in the organization of workshops, meetings and events (logistics, collaboration with providers, set up of the rooms, preparation of events materials such as name badges, nameplates, online voting )
  • Attend events in Brussels and, when required, in other European countries.
  • Support in liaising with participants and speakers of events (send invitations, follow up of registrations, welcome desk.
  • Support, when required, in communication campaigns related to the events (e.g. social media).

Profil

  • Three years of exeprience in a similar role
  • Excellent spoken and written English and good level of French
  • Organised, flexible and openminded
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Outlook and Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM and collaborative tools
