The ART Edison & DI Tooling delivers solutions and services for the Data Platform to enable and support the client's customers in their Data Driven Journey and to contribute to the client's strategy 'Data is the new electricity'.

The platform's goal is to support the full end-to-end flow from acquiring data (structured, semi-structed & unstructured) from different sources from within the client as well as external, form third parties, to prepare it for data analysis, processing and analyzing the data and then expose or deliver the results to various business processes.

These business processes are further supported in a data-driven way e.g., the insights generated on the platform are used on for acting, deciding, guiding and notifying.

We are looking for a motivated Product Owner Data Engineering, who wants to help us in envisioning, defining and managing the frameworks and tools used by the teams delivering data driven solutions on Edison.

As most of the data engineering managed products are deep technical, a practical background and experience in the delivery of software is advised.

The Data Engineering team provides frameworks and tools to the teams delivering data driven solutions on Edison.

Those frameworks abstract away the complexity and set standards for GDPR, lineage, protection, scheduling, build and deploy, data processing and metadata.

What will you do in this job?

The Product Owner is steering the Agile team on the content level.

Based upon interaction with the users of the products, PO-peers, product manager, enterpise-/system-architects and the product experts in the team you build a vision for the products.

You translate this vision into a roadmap and define the roadmap into concrete prioritized features and stories to deliver in the next PI's.

During the implementation of these stories you guard the quality of the delivery and work in tandem with the Scrum Master.

He is responsible for the organizational aspects of steering the team.

Wat zoeken wij?
**- You have over 5 years of experience in managing products under the Agile methodology

You focus on building the right stories at the right time, work with customers and understand their needs
You steer the "content" of the Agile team (product backlogs)
You participate actively and closely in the functioning of the Agile team and their iteration ceremonies
You review the sprint outcomes to ensure business success of scrum software development projects
You act as a representative of the stakeholders (= the client in the Agile team) with a vision on products & services on which the team works on
You prioritize the stories in the team backlog (in cooperation with the stakeholders) and take care of a continuous flow of work
You elaborate the stories content wise (together with the team) and take decision on user story level
You accept delivery of stories
You have several years of experience as a Data engineer, working in Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprises (SAFe) environment(s)
You have a very good written and spoken knowledge of English & Dutch
