When you join our Junior Account Management Graduate programme in our Sales function, you'll be responsible for delivering a great service to our clients and drive profitable growth.

Across our 2-year programme, you'll be supporting our experienced Sales team to manage essential customer relationships and deliver extraordinary connections with genuine care.

Here are a few examples of what you'll be trusted with:


  • Supporting existing Account Executive teams with business development activities for highprofile clients
  • Researching industry trends and carrying out customer analysis to support growth
  • Building a strong understanding of Colt products and services to expand your expertise
Proactively identifying and developing strong relationships with potential clients

What do we look for?


You must be proficient in Dutch and English and either have a Bachelors or Masters university degree with a strong passion for Sales.
