Beschrijving

Daily office management of the BSC, including the Belgian Heart Foundation and ACTA Cardiologica (BSC medical journal) with support of the administrative assistant;
Personal assistance to the BSC President and Board;
Organisation and/or supervision of the various additional activities/meetings throughout the year in line with the BSC programme of activities;
Supervision of the management of the BSC Membership (new members, annual subscriptions);
Update and/or supervise the updating of the BSC and related websites according to current and ongoing activities;
Interaction with Board members, Members (mailings/newsletters), Sponsors and Vendors;
Organisation of the annual scientific congress in collaboration with a Professional Congress Organiser (PCO) and other suppliers; contact with speakers; set-up of the abstract system and processes; assist in the preparations of the scientific programme and congress supporting materials; onsite support at events;
Support to the Belgian Heart Foundation Board, including funding, grant submission and allocation process;
Editorial secretariat of the BSC Medical Journal "ACTA Cardiologica";
Explore, contact, and send RFPs for potential partners and third-party providers;
Sponsor and supplier contract management;
Financial management;
Maintenance of the legal statutes of the BSC that define the formation of the society.
