TO DO:

  • As our Customer Service Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and managing a team of customer service representatives and the reception desk. Their job is to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the service they receive and to resolve any issues that may arise. You work to improve customer service processes and policies, and to train and mentor the team. You will report to the Commercial Director._You are responsible for our 3 different customer service teams (Belux, International and E-Com) and the reception desk. You guard the right priority setting, keep an overview and support the teams during peak periods.
  • You analyse incoming complaints, look for structural issues and take quick corrective actions.
You always put the customer at the center.

  • You are the voice of the customer, and you drive customer centricity in all cross departmental projects aiming for continuous customer satisfaction improvement.
You focus on achieving product launch deadlines in close co-operation with the supply, marketing, quality and logistics teams.

  • You are up to date with industry developments and customer intimacy trends to ensure the company is providing the best possible service.
  • You will create customer communications related to the launch of new, delicious products and changes to services and processes.
  • Guiding and coaching your team on communication, ownership and solution oriented thinking is an important part of your role.

TO BE:


  • A bachelor/ master's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience within a leadership role.
  • You have an understanding of order fulfilment customer processes and a strong affinity for complaint analysis, allowing you to identify improvements and optimize processes with ease.
  • Good language skills in English, Dutch and French.
German is a plus.

  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to problem solve and think critically.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Proficient in EPR software.
