Defining a development plan to realize the agreed requirements in collaboration with technical experts and stakeholders

  • Resource planning across the different expertises and (sub)teams
  • Monitoring budget, timing, specs and technical challenges in order to detect potential issues in a timely and structured manner. Discuss with stakeholders to find a satisfactory solution for any issues that might arise
  • Validating that the specifications of deliverables comply with the proposed requirements
  • Challenging the teams to drive excellence in project delivery
  • Contributing to the technological roadmap of the group
  • Making sure the dedicated team members in the different departments are aligned and up to date

Wat wij van jou vragen:


  • You have a Master's degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Sciences
  • Thorough experience in project management, preferably in a (cloud) software environment
  • Experience with Microservice Architectures, Python3, CSharp backend code, React/Redux and/or Angular Frontend code is a strong advantage
  • You're handson, you have the ability to understand complex mechatronics systems, you enjoy the combination of setting up a structured approach as well as getting things done yourself
  • You have high standards and strive for perfection, but you also know how to be pragmatic in order to respect the deadlines and budget
  • You're communicative and a teamplayer
  • You align with our purpose to create, build and deliver robotic solutions to deal with labor challenges in food production
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English is required (written and oral)
