_Challenges of the function :
_
Drive the KI transformation and continuous improvement agenda by:

standardizing / harmonizing of KI
end-to-end business processes,

- deploying standard
process governance model:

improving process control by a focused performance management throughout the different process steps and by being data driven in the daily follow-up; introduction of visual management and performance management dashboards at all levels to drive every process step to be completed in due time and mitigation actions to be launched as early as possible

- identifying, quantifying and delivering
process improvement opportunities (savings, efficiency gains) together with the process owners (incl. identification and deployment of robotic process automation use cases)
- supporting with the
change management process

Drive
transformation and CI projects:

Plan and manage continuous improvement projects, automation and business analytics in E2E business processes (incl. Market to Order, Order to Cash, Master Data Management, Procure to Pay).
Coordinate a crossfunctional and crossregional team of experts/project managers managing the process improvement and transformation projects
Drive
continuous improvement culture and projects by coordinating the project management of all KI HQ CI initiatives, maturity assessments and development and implementation of the HQ CI roadmap; these are projects delivered in close collaboration with different HQ functional teams. Key dimensions of these CI projects are process reengineering (through Lean methodology),
automation of activities (through
RPA) and generating analytics (through Tableau dashboards developed jointly with Central Controlling) in scope of HQ business E2E processes.

==> This function is based in Visé, Belgium and a travel rate of +- 30% is expected for the function.

Qualifications & Skills:
_**Master's degree in

Engineering,

Economics or

Business Administration

Ideally, having gained 3-5 years of experience in Operational Excellence in an international or global context, within Industry and/or consulting experience.

Following dimensions are key:
_**- Operational and management
experience in business processes and supporting systems with large organizations within an international business environment

Skilled in
Lean and/or Operational Excellence methodology and project implementation (especially in a service environment)
Earlier involvement in system solution development of Business Intelligence, process analytics, and automation solutions

Project management: Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodology and implementations

Performance management: proven track record in delivering the targeted business results

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Recognized professional qualification / certification in Operational Excellence and/or Supply Chain (e.g. Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, operational experience, APICS certification, etc. ).
Skilled in automation technologies & data management
Fluency in English is required, fluency in French and/or German is a plus
