ERGO Insurance nv is looking for a customer service agent for Regulatory Operational Management (ROM Team/ AML/KYC). This department is the first line of defense knowledge center on the AML and is the privileged interface of «Customer Services» for all questions related to AML. ROM Team is also in charge of operational tasks related to compliance with CRS and FATCA rules.


Function within ROM Team:

Ensure that the tasks performed by the "Customer Services" comply with the regulations in force for both AML and CRS-FATCA, GDPR and other anti-fraud measures as well as internal procedures and policies; Perform periodic reviews (KYC) of clients based on their risk profiles; Actively participate inthe duty of constant vigil..
