Problem solving and Lean & Six Sigma project lead:
- Identify, lead, coach and/or support Orange belt DMAIC problem solving/project
- Identify, lead and support lean initiatives to support business objectives (SMED, Standard work, 5S, VSM)
- Coordinate and prioritize all CI initiatives in close collaboration with the business in business (CI Projects and DMAIC coaching)
- Share key learnings from problem solving within business
- Collect and analyse datas to identify or help decision making process on Continuous Improvement projects/initiatives
- Support (potential) Safety Injuries or Fatalities and critical deviation investigation with DMAIC methodology
GSK Production System (GPS) implementation and improvement:
- Contribute as a key doer to GPS strategy and business masterplan / Improvement plan (Hoshin matrix, Critical Improvement Framework, Value Creation Projects,)
- Support GPS deployment to implement and maintain Process Performance Management, DMAIC, 5S standard in business.
- Drive Performance Management with process KPIs in place and in use by supporting and influencing First Line Leaders and business teams in order to achieve MPU/SPU business masterplan / Improvement plan
- Develop and maintain Lean and Six Sigma Capabilities in the MPU/SPU business, and ensure appropriate means for coaching and mentoring of line managers during the execution of their projects
Mindset, engagement and culture:
- Contribute actively to embed Continuous Improvement mindset and "Customers oriented" objectives
- Ensure identification, consolidation and coordination with Financial partner of both financial and nonfinancial benefits of CI initiatives (Problem solving, Projects, Just Do It, Kaizen, accelerators,) in Value Creation Projects system
- Acts as role model by using and promoting GPS standards & tools to implement the Continuous Improvement Culture (examples: visual management, Leader shopfloor presence, DMAIC approach for problem solving, Operator Standard Work etc.)
- Share CI knowledge within business to increase the CI knowledge within the business
- Communicate on successes and achievements through the CI Network to ensure Best Practices and learnings exchange
- Support the deployment of the Safety Leadership Experience in the business through CI initiatives.
- Provide input to the change management plan to support CI initiatives and GPS standards & tools deployment (including stakeholder mapping/management)
- Do an active participation and contribution on CI governance within the business

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Master degree or minimum 3 years of relevant experience in equivalent Environment
- Using CI tools/standards is an asset
- At least 3 years of working experience in a Manufacturing/Technical role
- Demonstrated interest for improvement initiatives and/or cultural change and behavioural change
- Fluent in French & knowledge in English is a must
Preferred Qualifications:

- Excellent Lean SixSigma skills demonstrated in previous projects
- Influence results and culture
- Understanding of supply chain processes
- Experience in managing projects is a must
- Analytical skills and learning agility
- Good communication, facilitation and influencing skills
