You are responsible for welcoming and assisting truck drivers (import, export, distribution).

You are also responsible for processing transport documents:

You assign a loading/unloading dock depending on availability and further efficiency of goods handling;
You check transport documents, data and dimensions;
Signalling errors, ambiguities and deviations;
You process documents and data according to the prescribed procedures;
You distribute documents internally to the right people and departments;
You enter data, classify and archive documents.

Profiel

You have a first experience within road transportation (drivers desk function)
You will be working in different shifts (0715h00 // 1018h00 / 1321h00)
You are communicative and assertive
Good knowledge (oral and written) of Dutch and English, basic knowledge of French

- knowledge of MS Office
