Job summary
The Beyond Air Task Force is responsible for developing and maintaining new compression technologies for gas applications. Developments range from starting with a blank sheet of paper to upgrading existing products, as well as exploring innovations together with internal customers, R&D cells, and external partners. The team oversees the entire process, from product strategy, design, and testing through to operations and customer delivery.In this role you will coordinate and align design activities across global engineering teams suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will lead technical reviews ensure that design documentation is complete drive design decisions based on performance reliability manufacturability You will support the development of new applications by performing structural mechanical and performance calculations lead the implementation of marine class requirements such as those from DNV BV ABS Lloyd's Register into product designs and documentation In addition you will provide day-to-day engineering support to production teams including troubleshooting root-cause analysis corrective actions You will also assist in resolving field failures by analyzing data defining containment actions implementing long-term solutions
