- Sales incentive calculation for each quarter:
- Gathering HR information from 15 countries
- Refresh the template per sales manager (+200 FTE)
- Request payment to payroll services
- Generate individual PDF sheet for all the sale manager team
- ROFO Template preparation for all international markets;
- AOP Template preparation for all international markets;
- Monthly Performance review slides deck preparation for all International markets;
- Checking status of SAP type order/Multi-Modality order/Catalyst deal (on demand);
- Revenue reporting update;
- Additional activities and improvement projects as you become more familiar and comfortable in the role.
- Bachelor degree in Business/Finance or similar.
- 0-3 years working experience in a finance role or internship.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel. Knowledge in financial modeling and/or Power BI is a strong asset.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact on all levels.
- Proactive, hands-on attitude & problem solver.

We are team that covers accounting and reporting, credit and collection, project management and business partnering across the globe. We are an extremely diverse and high performing team that works hard but still know how to have a good time.
This role will be working under 2 experienced business controllers who will provide oversight and guidance and ensure a smooth on-boarding and extensive learning plan.
