WIE IS ORDINA?

Ordina, a Sopra Steria company, is de digitale partner die voorsprong realiseert vanuit technologie en marktkennis. Elke dag helpen onze consultants bedrijven met hun digitale transformatie het efficiënter maken van hun processen, het opzetten en beheren van hun bedrijfsplatformen. We zijn georganiseerd in verschillende areas, elk met hun eigen kennis, gaande van software development, infrastructuurbeheer, pakketimplementatie tot business consulting. Dat stelt ons in staat klanten van A tot Z te helpen, door cross-compentence teams slim samen te stellen. Dat doen we binnen verschillende sectoren: finance, industrie, life science en overheid.

Binnen Ordina wordt er veel tijd en aandacht besteed aan ons personeelsbeleid en vinden wij het belangrijk om ons in te blijven zetten op de ontwikkeling en groei van onze medewerkers. Doormiddel van cursussen en trainingen moedigen wij onze werknemers aan om te blijven leren, om het beste uit jezelf te halen, of je nu junior, medior of senior bent.

ORDINA YOUNG PROFESSIONAL PROGRAM

Tijdens het Ordina young professional program volg je gedurende acht weken een intensief en uniek opleidingsprogramma. Elke week wordt besteed aan een ander thema binnen je domein. Zo leer je de vaardigheden van je academische opleiding te vertalen naar de praktijk. Waar van toepassing besteden we aandacht aan de technische ontwikkeling, met de nodige certificatietrajecten, maar ook aan de ontwikkeling van soft-skills zoals communiceren, adviseren en samenwerken. De opleidingen worden gebracht door onze eigen senior consultants en een technische mentor ondersteunt je bij de verdere uitbouw van je carrière. Wanneer je het programma hebt afgerond ga je bij ons aan de slag als consultant binnen jouw kennisdomein.

Have you graduated or are you about to in the near future? Are you looking for your first, exciting job as a Quality & Compliance Engineer in Life Sciences? If the answer to both questions is yes, Ordina can provide you with your ultimate career springboard During our internal Traineeship program, we will fully immerse you in the world of Quality & Compliance. You will, for instance, learn about regulatory requirements, validation methodologies, IT processes, lab equipment and production facilities. You will get hands-on training to write validation plans, test reports etc. Ultimately, you will learn how to manage an Quality & Compliance (Engineering) project from A to Z and you will obtain your first certificates.

At the conclusion of your Traineeship program, you will be deployed at one of our many customers in the Life Sciences sector to support their business by qualifying and validating processes and systems. After all, they rely on our expertise to ensure that their processes, services, systems and products benefit the lives of patients worldwide. Our traineeship starts in september 2024.

In 6 weeks time, our Q experts will prepare you for an optimal career start at our clients. During the Traineeship program, you can expect theoretical sessions interspersed with practical exercises, to ensure that you also gain hands-on experience. We will not only focus on hard skills, but also on soft skills: you will learn how to work in teams, how to prepare and conduct a presentation and how to engage in a successful relationship with your customer. Last but not least, you will get to learn more about yourself via the Insights Discovery training.

If you graduated as a Master (preferred) or Bachelor in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry or IT, you may have what it takes to join the Traineeship program.
