As part of the development of our activities,
we are looking for talented Project Management Officers to reinforce our teams in Brussels, Belgium.
As a PMO Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects in the banking or energy sector.
Your expertise in project management office (PMO) functions and methodologies will enable you to provide valuable support and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establish and maintain project management standards, processes, and methodologies.
- Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Support project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, and dependencies, ensuring efficient project execution.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on project management tools and techniques to enhance project efficiency.
- Conduct project postmortem reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

€ €800.00 per day
