The Treasury Operations Senior Manager will oversee the flawless execution and continuous improvement of treasury operations related to the Global Payment Factory activities for the New Consumer Health Company (NCHC).

This position will collaborate with Global Services, internal stakeholders (tax, legal, accounting, IT, business segments), and external partners (including relationship banks, and treasury service providers) across a variety of corporate treasury activities.

The position will ultimately be responsible for daily management and reconciliation of bank accounting transaction activity.

This position will seek to build efficiencies and improve Treasury processes, documentation, policies and procedures, management reporting, and assist with evolving our Treasury workstation to help build a best-in-class treasury organization to support the NCHC's growth and strategy.


Additional responsibilities include:

  • Manage the Global Payment Factory and leverage SWIFT bank connectivity infrastructure for the global commercial and financial settlements
  • Oversee the execution of crossborder supplier payments, incountry supplier payments, and T&E settlements
  • Manage all company payment activities through various bank platforms, payment portals, and payment methods (wires, ACHs, SEPA, EFT, etc.)
  • Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payments and adhering to payment cutoff times
  • Oversee the daily management of the reconciliation of bank accounting transaction activities
  • Lead the execution of transactional and general accounting for treasury activities of global affiliates including the monthly journal entries and account reconciliations timely and accurate.
  • Responsible for a documented system of accounting policies and the implementation of a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk
  • Responsible for Treasury processes and maintaining best practices to drive process improvement
  • Keep current on regulatory developments and requirements and lead adoption and compliance (ex: FBAR, FACTCA, DF, PSD2, etc).
  • Manage SOX and audit compliance
The Treasury Operations Senior Manager will report to the Senior Director of Treasury Operations.

The position will have significant interactions with both internal and external counterparties:


  • Internal: Tax, Consolidations, Legal, Finance, HR, IT, Requisition to Pay, Travel & Expenses, Accounts Receivable, Internal audit, and Accounting
  • External: banking partners, professional accounting and taxation firms, and consultants

Qualifications:


Required:


  • Experience with Excel, SAP, and SWIFT
  • Strong financial and treasury acumen
  • Good people management skills
  • Ability to adapt and lead in a changing environment
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills (must be able to reason through complex and various business and legal scenarios and structures and provide meaningful feedback for decision making)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (including the ability to interact with all levels of management within and outside of finance)
  • Fluent in English as a minimum
  • Knowledge of banking, payment and cash management, and accounting
  • Strong knowledge of payment processing, payment formats, risk management, and banking relationships
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience
  • Master's degree in finance, accounting, or business

Preferred:


  • Experience with Treasury Management Systems
