If yes, the opportunity is now We are looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to help expand our SAP SuccessFactors practice.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead business development activities (sales offers, business relationships, presales activities and product demonstrations)
Lead technology implementation projects (design, configure, test, deploy and hypercare)
Solution and process design within the deployed technology
Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope
Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures
Actively share product and functional knowledge within the team and coach the more junior colleagues

Your Profile

You have:

A master's or bachelor's degree in HR, business or IT
A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
Proven ability to engage, manage and build relationships
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies,
Fluency in
English and either
Dutch or French:
Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20%

Ideally, you'll also have

Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience

SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in Employee Central and/or Talent Modules:

Experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of your core module
