We are recruiting a Corporate Communications Trainee to support internal and external communications activities of our Corporate Communications and Government Relations team for Zone Europe based in Brussels.

Your responsabilities

Development of communications material (infographic, videos, presentations) for internal and external use
Drafting of communications materials (e.g. newsletter, copywriting)
Liaising and briefing communications (creative/ content development and media) agencies
Coordination of internal and external communications campaign
Event planning and management
Exposure to advocacy and European Affairs activities on the following topics: circular economy, nutrition, youth employment

Ideally, you would bring the following demonstrable skills:

You are able to convincingly communicate both in English, both orally and in writing
You take ownership in managing your own tasks, and have a planned and structured approach
You are capable of generating new ideas and think out of the box
You are able to work under tight deadlines
You have experience in project management and managing complex tasks
You have experience in the creative development of communications material (video editing, infographics, GIFs)
You have experience in digital and social media, or working with media plans. Media agency experience is a plus.
You are able to work with the following software programs: Adobe Premiere, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, After effects, PowerPoint, Word, Excel
