Application / Cloud Architect (ACA) for our prestigious partner DIGIT TM (DG Informatics)
in Brussels. DIGIT-TM is a contract from the European Commission for IT services across Europe.

Main Responsibilities
As
Application / Cloud Architect (ACA) you will be responsible for:

Analysis and integration of different information systems or building blocks
Data analysis and data modelling
Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture
Participate in the deployment and configuration of the system (s)
Production of software architecture documents
Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the Project Team
Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting
Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture
Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud if applicable
Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components
Perform level 2 and level 3 support task
Performing PoC in the requested technologies
Create / update documentation as part of knowledge management

The following is an asset for the performance of tasks:

Experience and specific expertise with EC building blocks like EU Login, eUI, CNS and e-Delivery
Experience and specific expertise in Serverless development and NoSQL databases
Experience and specific expertise in A/B, Blue/Green and Canary deployments
Experience and specific expertise in AWS EC2/S
Good knowledge of x509 certificates and PKI
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid selfstarting capability and experience in working in team;
Ability to make presentations to Member State Authorities, excellent communicator.
Ability to participate in multilingual meetings;
Ability to work in multicultural environment, on multiple large projects;
Excellent Team Player
Ability to understand, speak and write in English C1; French at level B1 or higher will be an advantage;
