Your role:
Reporting into the Service Operations Manager, you will have a unique, hybrid role consisting of a brilliant blend of Service Planning and Inside Sales.
Your day to day duties will include:
- To take ownership of planning and initiating of Field Service jobs, ensure efficient FS engineers workload and support to drive timely jobs closure and escalate where appropriate
- To ensure the orders are correctly allocated and released for the Service Technician and that all parts are ordered and available prior to the visit date.
- Be a central point of contact for all field service (FS) and other associated requests from external and internal customers from the Benelux region.
- Identification and development of potential new customers in agreement with sales team.
- Assist in preparation of quotations, tender responses and followups to generate orders.
- Update the CRM (C4C) including lead generation, opportunity management and overall customer maintenance.
- Maintain an indepth understanding of service plan portfolio and product features and updates to be able to explain, promote and upsell.
What you will have:
You will be extremely customer focused (internally and externally) and have excellent communication, problem solving, and negation skills.
Fluent Dutch, French and English language skills is essential as is the ability to work in a busy and agile environment.
Previous experience within service planning and/or pre-sales is desireable.What you can expect from us:
