The tasks:

• Further development and maintenance of the in-houseLinux distribution based on Yocto
• Adaptingthe generic Yocto image to new products (creating and adaptingYocto recipes, porting devicetrees and bootloaders, possibly kerneldriver development)
• Support in thedevelopment of Linux applications
• Performingsecurity analyses and identifying vulnerabilities in existingsystems
• Working with the development team tointegrate security-related requirements into the developmentprocess
• Creation of documentation and ITsecurity guidelines for development projects

The requirements:

• Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or acomparable field of study
• Experience in thedevelopment of embedded systems and extensive knowledge of Linuxplatforms
• Expertise in the implementation ofsecurity standards
• Experience in identifyingand fixing security vulnerabilities of Linux-based systems
• Programming skills in C/C++ and knowledge ofscripting languages such as Python
• Team-oriented way of working and communication skills
• Ideally experience in the field of embedded systemsecurity
