Function:

Convert sales contracts into correct project and maintenance
invoicing
Accurately
check customers' outstanding balances and
credit
status
Send reminders and follow up on disputes in collaboration with project managers
Report to management on outstanding sales invoices
Assist the finance team with monthend closing
Profile:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Excellent command of Dutch and English
Proficient in MS Office, especially advanced knowledge of Excel
Familiarity with working in an ERP system
Initiativedriven, proactive thinker, and focused on efficient work organization
Demonstrates customerfriendliness and a serviceoriented approach
Highly meticulous, orderly, and structured in work
Enjoys planning, organizing, and following up on tasks
Energetic and able to foster team spirit, while also capable of independent work organization
Sees only solutions, not problems
