Category Analyst Internship

Are you looking for an internship that will teach you the fundamentals and give you the experience to prove it? Come join us as a Category Intern in BELGUIM where you'll spend your time learning and contributing to all parts of our commercial business which will help set your career up for success.

This internship will start in early July 2024 and run for 6 months.

You will be working in the Revenue Growth Management & Category Management Team for the Benelux market (based in Zaventem, Belgium), working on key business project such as:

Your role will be based between our Belgium Head Office in Zaventem and working from where works best for you in a hybrid work schedule with some very occasional travel to the Dutch office in 's Hertogenbosch.

HERE'S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Facilitating the implementation of the commercial strategy:
Support the category managers in building the category and portfolio recommendations (online & offline)
Follow-up and analysis of key indicators of the category, both online & offline
Follow-up and analysis of the performance of the Kellanova portfolio and competitors, both online & offline
Help build assortment and merchandising recommendations for customers and follow-up the implementation of those projects
Supporting the sales teams (account managers & field sales) on key argumentation & tools

Participate to the building of future category, assortment & promotional plans:
Analysis of key in-market indicators
Market benchmark assessment for innovations

Commercial assumptions:
rotation, distribution, pricing,

Supporting the development of the financial Profit & Loss

Follow up of in-market performance of innovations & promotions
Set up, update & analyses of critical business dashboards

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
Great analytic mind
Autonomy & Strong organizational skills
Fluent in English - French and Dutch speaking are a plus
Adaptability and having a good team spirit
Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
Appetite for continual learning
