EPCM expertise, more than 10 countries around the globe but an entrepreneurial and teambuilding mindset.- With an average age of 32, we are encouraged to channel our curiosity and innovative thinking into projects.- Now, we are looking for a Data Analyst trainee in our office in Nívelles to support our company to develop a Learning Management System.

What is the role About?-What are your responsibilities? Gather, organize and integrate data from various sources to provide a comprehensive view of learning activities within the LMS.-  Ensure data accuracy and completeness.-  Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the LMS.-  Monitor and report on learner engagement, completion rates and other relevant metrics.-  Generate insightful reports and dashboards for various stakeholders.-  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, Digitalization, Knowledge and Human Ressources departments to align data with overall LMS objectives.

Requirements:

Currently in a Bachelor or Master degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analyst, Business Engineering, Business Management or related field.
Strong understanding of data management systems and ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
Languages: proficiency in English
Mobility: is able to drive or commute to our offices in Nívelles
