Policies&arbeidsreglement actualiseren en uniformeren,
Advies geven bij complexe casussen (arbeidsduur,flexibiliteit,uurroosters),
Contractbeheer&HR-documentatie centraliseren en beheren van alle arbeidscontracten,en standaardiseren van templates over alle sites.
Bovendien moet je verloning,Benefits,&Functieclassificatie uitwerken, Functieomschrijving
