Are you fluent in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish? Are you experienced in payroll management and looking for a rewarding career opportunity in a dynamic environment? If so, our client, a leading fiduciary located in the heart of the city center, is looking for youPosition Overview: Our client is currently seeking a skilled Multilingual Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, excellent communication skills in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish, and the ability to manage a mixed portfolio of clients. Responsibilities:

Process payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients accurately and efficiently
Handle all aspects of payroll administration, including tax calculations, benefits, and deductions
Ensure compliance with local regulations and laws related to payroll and employment
Address any payroll-related inquiries from clients and provide exceptional customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary adjustments

Requirements:

Fluency in French, English, German, and Luxembourgish (written and spoken)
Previous experience in payroll processing and administration
Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
