Your Profile:
Education/Training:
University degree Business and/or Computer Science.
Minimum 5 years relevant post qualification experience.
Fluent in English (TME business language)
Expertise:
3+ years of working with CRM and/or marketing systems (ideally MS Dynamics)
Deep functional knowledge of CRM features/capabilities.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure stack (i.e for system integration)
Experience with other platforms and technologies supporting a CRM a definite plus (i.e Database,
Business Intelligence, Saleforce Marketing Cloud etc)
Experience working with senior stakeholders in translating business strategy into implementation
roadmaps (to be model, as is model, etc.) and to act as a trusted adviser.
Experience with leading small/medium sized technical teams.
Experience with Scrum/Agile Project Management Frameworks an advantage.

Your team and your responsibilities:
Team/division description:
the European Region (40+ countries) for both Toyota and Lexus brands.
The team designs, develops and maintains CRM and Lead Management Tools used by the National
Marketing and Sales Companies (NMSC) and by the Retailer Network as part of Toyota Omnichannel
Architecture strategy.
The team additionally coordinates local market initiatives and developments to ensure that they are
compliant and compatible with the central tools & hosting.
The key platforms being employed are Microsoft Dynamics for CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud for
campaign execution.
Your responsibilities:
The CRM Technical Product Lead is responsible for taking the lead in defining the CRM product
strategy and technical/feature roadmaps and working with the team to ensure high quality delivery.
