Description
Your role as a Product Owner involves steering the Agile team's content direction.

By interacting with users, peers, managers, architects, and experts, you develop a vision for products, translate it into a roadmap, and define prioritized features and stories for implementation.

You oversee delivery quality in collaboration with the Scrum Master, who handles organizational aspects.

Your key strengths include being a friendly and courageous communicator who motivates and inspires the team, sets goals, makes balanced decisions, summarizes effectively, coaches individuals, facilitates consensus, and addresses organizational impediments promptly.

Tasks include:

Crafting the Lean business case and related factors.
Creating a roadmap detailing responsibilities, dependencies, deadlines, and milestones.
Securing commitment from involved Agile Release Trains.
Collaborating with Product Managers & System Architects to break down the epic into features.
Assisting in prioritizing backlog items across respective Agile Release Train backlogs.
Participating in Program Increment (PI) Planning and System Demo.
Evaluating delivered features against Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and epic business case at PI endpoints.
Making decisions regarding the continuation of epic implementation at PI conclusions.
Reporting on the progress of the epics MVP to key stakeholders and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) through KPIs and leading indicators.
