Digital Senior Business Analyst

The Digital Senior Business Analyst identifies and collects the Business' needs, analyses and defines the Business' model using conceptual modelling techniques and methods and acts as the interface between delivery and business teams (also IT)

Bridging the needs of the business with the use of IT
Proactively manages the roadmap and the action list. Acting Risk, quality and issue management

Principal responsibilities:

He/she takes care of Requirements management and communication and ensures good understanding of business' needs
He/she is the liaison between all stakeholders & guarantees customer satisfaction
He/she proactively manages the refinement: plan and facilitate meetings with all concerned persons and ensure followup of all actions
He/she takes part in the search & delivery of realistic/effective solutions to complex business challenges: provides expertise (analytical, technical) in the search & implementation of digital (marketing ) solutions
He/she identifies the impact of business specifications and related system changes on existing backend and frontend processes and liaises with Process/ Change manager
In project mode, collects, analyses and translates business requirements delivered by our endusers into detailed business specifications for IT departments, taking into account a user centric, collaborative and agile way of working
He/she builds and maintains good relationships within Engineering, with the Business partners, Operations and the different departments of IT.

You have
at least 2 years of relevant experience within IT or Business analysis.

Technical experience

Experience working on digital transformation projects in a consulting/client facing environment
Strong project management skills
Understanding of Agile-Scrum delivery frameworks and methodologies
Good understanding of IT and desire to further learn on IT solutions
Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis
Good understanding of work flow processes
