To lead support and develop the Customer Service team Work towards providing a consistent differentiate service to our Customers via a committed team of individuals Take team to the next level of order processing and strive towards delivering world class service to our customers Manage Customer Services activities for the EMEA region Maintain & develop CS policies & procedures in accordance with O&M's business objectives SOX requirements Collaborate with the EMEA Supply Chain Team to ensure all teams are managed to same standards methodologies Develop strong relationships with key contacts within the Sales organization and with key support functions such as logistics credit control supply planning pricing Manage and set SMART goals for Customer Service KPIs like order volume value incoming outgoing calls service level OTIF claim resolution lead time Develop plans to differentiate our service offering to our key customers understand how we can really add value to our customers in collaboration with sales leaders Ad-hoc projects as required Drive through improvements throughout the entire CS and Supply Chain process Encourage LEAN philosophy throughout the team free up resources be able to focus on the value added part of our role i.e Advance notification of issues prompt query resolution Create clear vision for the team become a world class service organization Provide guidance all team members resolution more complex issues queries Represent Customer Service team relevant cross functional teams Remain focused individuals provide leadership coaching all teams Review resource Career Development succession plans appropriate Benchmark against peer companies gain wider understanding Customer service offerings Ideally qualified degree level equivalent minimum years supply chain customer experience Fluent English essential other languages desirable The person role understands will operate ISO9001 ISO14001 controlled environment willing implement understand basic principles quality standards Must actively demonstrate Owens Minor's ideal values Integrity Development Excellence Accountability Listening
