As Demand/Supply chain Planning Analyst you will be a key member of the PMC EMEA Supply Chain Team.

In this role you will be working with the commercial organization, supply chain, operations and product management and facilitate the different S&OP dialogues to ensure business targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

To analyze demand forecast and additional market intelligence in order to support supply chain teams in defining master production and replenishment schedules (shortmid term).
To provide input to the supply chain planning teams in developing inventory strategies on existing portfolio, for new product launches and product deletions.
To closely coordinate with product management on delivering a core product range and maintain this appropriately in ERP systems.
To ensure accurate maintenance of MRP related material master data in the ERP systems.
To regularly report to the business on demand and supply chain related KPIs.
Contribute to the design and delivery of reporting using the information from various ERP systems and reporting tools.
Work proactively in proposing new solutions to solve any problems related to demand and supply chain management.
Develop into a SAP superuser working on system testing and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics management, business analytics or related domains
3 years experience in demand planning or supply chain environment
Good knowledge of key Supply Chain and inventory management principles.
Good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems (preferably SAP). Knowledge of SAP IBP is a plus.
Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken.
Drive change, promote teamwork, build trust & respect, understand market and customer perspective. Open to continuously learn and develop new skills.
