- Assist the Manager to deliver virtual, hybrid and face-to-face events from A to Z (design, plan, organize, deliver, measure results and impact);
- Support the on-time delivery of virtual, hybrid and face-to-face events;
- Set-up and coordinate virtual event platforms, web conferences and live streams;
- Coordinate fully/partially the event life cycle from brief taking to reconciliation (i.e.: utilizing the various virtual platforms, script development, event logistics coordination, etc.), or an entire project (i.e.: low complexity);
- Assist with all source project-related third-party suppliers appropriately and effectively;
- Advocate a high level of service attitude and professionalism, which includes industry knowledge and understanding;
- Prioritize daily tasks and project assignments;
- Support the Manager on all financial processes related to the project/event budget(s);
- Co-articulate and participate in the revision of all communication linked to the event with the client (i.e.: speaker briefing, script development, e-blasts, website content, etc.);
- Co-create event websites according to the given instructions (i.e.: content, speaker, registration).
- Eligible to work in the EU;
- Fluent in English (verbal and written level C1) - any additional European language is a plus;
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a relevant field;
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in a similar function or relevant industry;
- Assertive, proactive, team player but also flexible, agile and committed especially in busy periods;
- Willing to travel all around the world (in respect of sanitary restrictions);
- Available immediately.
