Job summary
We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to strengthen our team. The successful candidate will oversee the local IT support team and maintain and improve the IT infrastructure in collaboration with Safran Group teams.- Lead and motivate the local IT support team.
- Supervise the handling of incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
