- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights across the EMEA region
- Support to develop an annual marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities) for and with Countries/Regions
- Translate the brand strategy into tactical plans and go-to-market strategies
- Work in close cooperation with Countries/Regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives
- Work with the global marketing group to develop the products and materials that support our strategies
- Partner with the cross-functional team on initiatives related to the brand
- Marketing Communication and Congresses support and operation
- Monitoring and Intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategies
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor product supply and distribution
- University Degree in marketing or a scientific field, or equivalent in experience
- A first experience in sales and marketing
- Medical Devices or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects and assignments and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English, any additional language is an asset
