The Motion Picture Association serves as the global voice and advocate of the international film, television and streaming industry.

Our members are Walt Disney Studios Pictures, Netflix Studios, LLC, Paramount Pictures Corporation, Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc., Universal City Studios LLC, and Warner Bros.

Internship Outline and Function


Specific Activities and Deliverables

• Help the policy team to report on all EMEA policy developments.
• Monitor EU developments including key EU websites with a specific focus on copyright, audiovisual policies, artificial intelligence, platform regulation, sustainability and other areas important to the MPA members.
• Attending and reporting on external events.

Requirements:

• Advanced computer skills and advanced knowledge of MS Office. Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
• Professional fluency in English with excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• A demonstrated interest in European affairs and understanding of the EU decisionmaking process.
• Attention to detail, politeness and ability to perform under pressure.
• Solid organizational skills, team player and cando attitude, as well as willingness to take initiatives.
• Degree in communications, policy or other relevant field.
• Availability to start as early as April 2023.
