Your Mission


This role presents a unique opportunity to shape and influence our global efforts to bring the Puratos Blueprint to life.

You will responsible for the coordination of our global H&WB programs and vendors, and supporting our 'Calling for Caring' campaign to raise awareness and achieve our H&WB priorities.

You will partner with cross-functional teams at the corporate and regional/market level to identify and standardize best practices and to deliver a unified, consistent communications framework to support our worldwide efforts.


What you will do


As a key contributor within the Human Resources Center of Excellence, this role with work closely with the Global HR Leadership Team to accelerate the development of Health and Wellbeing solutions on a global scale.

Working closely with the Global Employee Health and Wellbing executive sponsors, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Supporting the development and execution of the Puratos global employee wellbeing strategy
  • Partnering with global stakeholders and ensure alignment on wellness strategy and key initiatives
  • Overseeing strategic vendor management with external partners, including dedicated vendor resources
  • Project manage concurrent deliverables, keeping wellness activities on track across a broad spectrum of stakeholders
  • Evaluate requests for additional wellness programs, assess feasibility, and make recommendations to ensure successful implementation
  • Conduct employee surveys to gauge interest and better understand return of investment of wellbeing programs.
  • Provide regular updates to the Group Executive Committee regarding the status and outlook of key strategic programs.

What we expect from you

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 4 years of working experience in the area of employee benefits/wellness preferably in a midsized to large matrix organization
  • Strong analytical, influencing, problem solving and organization skills
  • Experience in project management and running multiple projects in parallel
  • Demonstrate program ownership and deliver continuous improvement
  • Excellent communication skills in English. Spanish and/or French are a big advantage
