Want to be right at the heart of things? As a Demand Planner with Reckitt, you'll have the freedom to influence and improve operations at every step

Responsibility:

Direct responsibility for producing monthly consensus demand forecasts by collaborating with crossfunctional teams to review historical data, evaluate trade promotion activities, and understand market trends.
Prepare monthly/weekly supply plan and oversee daily replenishment process to ensure stock availability by closely working with sites and logistics service providers
Proactively identify and communicate constraints and propose solutions to resolve service and/or inventory issues
Work closely with the product team to respond to product changes and support new product launch
Maintain appropriate inventory level and well manage the excess & obsolete stock
Perform planningrelated duties in ERP systems, e.g., system set up, material master maintenance, order proceeding, etc

Qualification

University graduation in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
At least 3+ years' experience in a demand/supply planning or similar supply chain role.
Exposure to S&OP process and/or experiences in Greater China role preferred
Strong Excel skills is preferred
Previous experience using ERP software, e.g., SAP will be an advantage.
Excellent level of English, written & verbal. Dutch/French is a plus.
Experience in FMCG industry is a plus

You're able to work with a wide range of data - promotional, run rates, trends and seasonality - and use demand planning software and your own judgement to achieve alignment. Importantly, you're self-motivated and able to collaborate effectively to influence other teams.
