We are looking for a motivated and experienced
System Administrator who would like to join our reliable and innovative team.

Responsibilities:

MacOS and Linux systems administration
Daytoday management and administration of Atlassian products: JIRA, Service Desk, and Confluence.
Setting up workflows, custom fields, reports, security schemas, issue schemas, etc.
Creating user accounts, reports, dashboards, projects
Troubleshooting of internal systems
IDP management setup and maintenance
MDM provision setup and maintenance
Mentoring and supporting the team of 2 people

Requirements:

3+ years of professional experience in the relevant position
Upperintermediate English level
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask

Technical skills:

Must have

Comfortable with: Jira Service Desk, Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, etc
Good understanding of networking principles NAT, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
Experience with Windows Active Directory

Nice to have

Work experience with Firewall, VPN (IPSec/OpenVPN)
Basic AWS knowledge
