- To join the Multinational Outgoing team that provides advisory and insurance solutions for our large Belgian Multinational clients.
- Working alongside Risk Manager Client Executives and Client Advisors to deliver an enhanced Multinational client experience.

- Ensuring MGC is correctly set up for relevant clients – obtaining data from the CA's about the client and their exposure
- Appointing Marsh where required and managing the contacts for local Marsh and client offices.
- Attending pre-renewal strategy meetings
- Identifying and requesting country specific documents to minimise delays.
- Identifying cash before cover territories and monitoring payment process
- Responsibility to gather accurate network instruction information and distributing to service office via our internal tool.
- Attending tracking calls to discuss any issues with issuance of documents.
- Monitoring post renewal payment progress
- Attending frequent insurer engagement meetings to improve service.
- Communicate and deliver full multinational strategic advice for large complex global programs.
- You will receive an allocated set of accounts.
- Involvement in all global tenders and defensive/retention reviews to ensure that MA services are properly articulated and utilized.
- Provide a global service CE role for an identified Client portfolio.
- Strategic carrier engagement
- Advice on structure of global programs with complex regulatory issues.
- Hold at minimum a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in economics, finance, insurance, or risk.
- Preferably professional experience in risk or (multinational) insurance management or account management.
- Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing. Full professional proficiency in English, Dutch and/or French is required to strengthen the insurer and client relationship experience.
- Eagerness to exchange collaborate and work in a multinational network and a global company.
- You have some experienced in "B to B" business and can operate in a high-performance environment.
- Think outside of the box, a can-do positive attitude, interpersonal skills, flexibility, team spirit.
- You find your way around Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- You are enthusiastic, independent with an open attitude and want to work as a partner with colleagues, clients, and insurers.

- You have organizing skills.
- You can communicate effectively and quickly. You are ready to manage international insurance programs of Marsh Belux customers with branches in all parts of the world.
