We register and follow up cases that we receive from users on the campus, according to the Volvo Group IT support process.

To secure the uptime for the business as much as possible we have a cross functional proactive setup together with other teams from Group IT and teams from the business to prevent disturbances from happening.

- support others that have IT issues, drop everything and go to help and dig into the IT-issue until it is solved
- take ownership and actively suggest improvements
- go to the shop floor to check what can get improved concerning the IT-infrastructure/IT-solution
- document your work so that colleagues know what you have done just like you want/need to know what your colleagues have done
- like to work in shifts
- like to be the contact from within our team towards the business (and vice versa) for specific area(s) of expertise

Are you the one?

You are an ambitious IT support specialist or want to become one, with at least 3 year of relevant experience with supporting people having IT issues
You have good technical knowledge of and have interest in Windows 10, O365, Mobile devices like scanners, PDA's, and ITnetworking
You have basic knowledge of servers, ODBC and scripting
You are interested in new IT technologies like IOT, arduino, AI, ML, RPA or already have experience with one of these
You are eager to learn and grow, have an analytical & problemsolving mindset
You want to work in a global context according to business needs and the processes that are linked to that. Complete proficiency in English is a requirement.
You are a teamplayer
