As a Functional Analyst at Zero Friction, you are one of our most detail-oriented persons who likes solving problems and making things easier for our customers.

In this role, you'll help us create better solutions by understanding our customers needs and turning them into practical ideas.

Main responsibilities

Conduct thorough functional analyses to understand business needs and requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements effectively
Develop comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and reliability of software solutions
Conduct gap analyses and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Lead workshops to facilitate discussions and gather requirements from various stakeholders
Prepare release notes to communicate changes and enhancements to endusers
Draf test cases, overseeing testing processes, and ensuring followup on test results
Conduct webinars to educate users on new features and functionalities
Create user manuals to provide clear instructions for endusers

Does this sound like you?

Previous experience in a similar role
Proficient in creating process diagrams and flowcharts
Familiarity with release management processes and documentation
Knowledge of industrystandard tools for functional analysis, testing, and documentation
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and in English
