    We are hiring for a Senior Credit Analyst for our fantastic Insurance client based in Belgium. As a Senior Credit Analyst, you will play a crucial role in proactively managing a portfolio of buyers, conducting on-site visits to gather essential information, and representing our client locally.

    The role reports to the Head of Credit Assessment Benelux.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Proactively manage a portfolio of buyers
    • Conduct on-site visits to gather relevant financial information for buyer assessment
    • Define accurate credit ratings to minimize losses
    • Maintain communication with Finance Directors and Treasurers of buyers through various channels
    • Perform financial and credit analysis to determine appropriate credit ratings
    • Contribute to our clients growth ambitions by providing ad-hoc analysis and qualified business leads to the Commercial Department


    Requirements


    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or Risk Management
    • 4+ years of experience in financial management, Credit Insurance, Risk/Banking-Corporate industry
    • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and risk assessment
    • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus
