Are you a customer-focused individual with a passion for solving technical problems and helping people? Do you have a desire to be at the forefront of technical or commercial support within a company? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you


We are seeking a highly motivated junior, medior, or senior IT helpdesk level 1 or level 2 technician to join our team.


Key responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline technical support to users.
  • Remain available and offer a highly qualitative customer service.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software and issues.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Skills:


  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Customeroriented
  • Problemsolving skills and autonomy


  • Office 36

  • Sound knowledge of IT hardware and software is preferred.
  • English mandatory plus fluent French or Dutch.
