Education required:
MEng or MSc in Engineering: Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Computer, Automation or Robotics. Graduation by August 2024


Language requirement:
Written and spoken fluency in English and French


Other requirements:
Willingness to be geographically mobile (domestic) throughout rotations.

  • In GSK's Global Supply Chain (GSC), we are on an exciting journey with bold ambitions. We are creating one world class Global Supply Chain to deliver GSK's new product portfolio and pipeline._
  • In GSC, we make and supply medicines and vaccines all around the globe and our teams own every production stage, from creating quality products at our manufacturing sites to designing effective supply forecasting and regulatory inspections; all powered by digital, data and analytics._
  • We are looking for highly motivated graduates who are keen to develop into the future engineering, operational and technical leaders in GSC. Working at our manufacturing sites you will help to ensure we have the latest, safe, efficient and reliable processes and equipment to deliver lifesaving medicines and vaccines to people in 90% of the world. This role will enable you to develop your skills in an industry that's making radical changes to the way it develops and manufactures products._

What will you do?

  • Project manage of new equipment from design to installation and commissioning
  • Manage a range of engineering projects
  • Interact with machine and facility supplier to develop best technical solution
  • Be part of design, commissioning and validation testing within engineering projects
  • Increase reliability and performance of our manufacturing equipment
  • Implement innovative, digital solutions
  • Identify engineering best practice and new technologies, as part of the digital transformation
  • Assist with asset management and maintenance (e.g. conditionbased monitoring, predictive maintenance, machines' data collection for trouble shooting & business support).
  • Identify, using data analysis, big data, areas for improvement.
  • Provide daytoday support for risk assessments, equipment issues and breakdowns
  • Lead crossfunctional teams in trouble shooting and improvement processes
  • Keep abreast of cuttingedge technologies in engineering
