We're looking for a talented Solution Architect This role will play a pivotal position in shaping one of the most innovative initiatives in DLT.

You'll be the bridge between conceptual and technical implementation, and will co-build the overall technical vision for a specific solution to a business problem

Responsibilities:

Participate in meetings with clients understanding their quality requirements and translating them to technical specifications
Keep up to date with the latest developments of Distributed Ledger Technologies and provide deep technical mentorship to the team
Take ownership of technical decisions and participate in the company's tech strategy definition
Translate the business requirements of the project into technical solutions
Understandably explain complicated topics to audiences of different technical capabilities
Participation in all stages of software development from design and development to deployment and maintenance
Coach and mentor other members of the development team, growing the collective knowledge and expertise of the group

Technical skills

Degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent technical experience
4+ years of experience as a Software Developer/Solution Architect
Solid design patterns knowledge. Love for welltested and clean code, OO principles, SOLID and KISS.
Understanding of SDLC, excellent communication, and business skills
Understanding of the modern development ecosystem: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, etc
Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL database design and development

It would be a plus

Understanding of cloud concepts and services
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with DLT frameworks is a plus (R3 Corda & Hyperledger Fabric)
