**The team you will be a part of**:

- The Field Service team performs emergency repair, preventative maintenance and installation on a 24/7 on-call basis with regional responsibility for electrical and/or mechanical equipment and systems. Performs on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair, and calibration after installation. Provides technical support and training to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.

**Functie inhoud**:
Als Back Desk Planner ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze Service Technicians (ongeveer 90 medewerkers) en Service Partners in de Benelux. Jij maakt voor hen de planning op en zorgt voor optimale routes en efficiëntie. Dringende vragen beantwoord jij zo snel en adequaat mogelijk en je past direct de planning aan als dat nodig is. Je gaat je planning ook proactief na opdat je altijd de juiste capaciteit beschikbaar hebt. Proactief geef je ook aan waar de grootste noden en verschuivingen nodig zijn.

Daarnaast heb je nauw contact met de afdeling Customer Services en beantwoord je diverse vragen die te maken hebben met de klantbezoeken van de Service Technicians.

In deze functie vinden wij het belangrijk dat je goed kunt inspelen op veranderingen en klantgericht te werk gaat. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Back Desk Supervisor.

**Wat bied je ons?**:

- Administratieve of logistieke achtergrond op MBO-niveau;
- Ervaring als planner / coördinator is een pré;
- Een goede geografische kennis van het Nederlandse en Belgische grondgebied;
- Werken in teamverband of zelfstandig, voor jou is geen van beiden een probleem;
- Plannen en organiseren geeft jou energie;
- Je bent accuraat en kunt goed probleemoplossend denken;
- Je staat sterk in je schoenen en neemt zelf initiatief;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse, Engelse en Franse taal.
