Your tasks

Identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems;
Requirements/needs management and tracking;
Create Vision and Business Case documents or contribute in developing Vision and Business Case documents;
Modelling business processes;
Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
Risk analysis;
Create and maintain documentation of business requirements and solutions using appropriate documentation standards.

Requirements:

University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 11 years of relevant working experience in IT;
Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
Good knowledge of iterative project management methodologies (e.g. Agile);
Good knowledge of business analysis, modelling, tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship model etc);
Experience in product scope definition, requirements elaboration, as well as technical knowledge in specific areas (e.g. UML modelling);
Excellent command of the English language.
